Factotum/Agent de Maintenance Polyvalent

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and minor second-work repairs on-site
• Handle electrical tasks such as replacing bulbs, tubes, switches, and sockets
• Manage plumbing tasks including changing faucets, repairing leaks, and maintaining sanitary fixtures
• Execute locksmithing tasks such as changing locks and repairing door closers
• Conduct regular technical inspections of premises (lighting, temperature, leaks)
• Perform minor repairs in plastering, painting, and jointing
• Install fixtures like coat hooks, mirrors, and light furniture

Requirements

• CAP/BEP in building trades (Electricity, Plumbing, Building Maintenance) or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of experience as a factotum or multi-skilled maintenance agent
• Proficiency in basic electricity, plumbing, and locksmithing
• Ability to diagnose simple faults and prioritize urgent interventions
• Excellent presentation, discretion, and politeness
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
