Factory Test Technician II

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, calibration, and inspection of aerospace systems and components
• Take ownership of assigned portions of team projects
• Troubleshoot and test systems with minimal supervision
• Lead smaller tasks or sub-projects within the team
• Provide feedback to colleagues to improve quality and efficiency
• Document test results and complete reports in a timely manner

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in aerospace testing or fabrication
• Ability to work independently and maintain high quality standards
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and drawings
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces or at heights

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical/electrical systems and testing equipment
• Familiarity with creating and reviewing test documentation
• Experience mentoring less experienced team members
• Experience with cryogenics or hydraulic systems
