Factory Test Technical Specialist I

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate pressurized cryogenic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Develop and manage advanced data control systems for real-time monitoring
• Provide guidance to engineers on testing best practices and system capabilities
• Identify and mitigate hazards to ensure a safe testing environment
• Create and refine test plans and procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware reliability issues

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of relevant technical experience
• Experience with pressurized flight components
• Experience operating hazardous equipment with multiple energy sources
• Experience building complex fluid-mechanical systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Slack

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate Degree or Trade Certifications (e.g., Aviation/Automotive Mechanic)
• Experience with test automation and data acquisition systems
• Knowledge of rocket engine components including pumps, valves, and regulators
