About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain short- and medium-term production plans for the Marker product portfolio to ensure optimal availability and service levels.
- Balance manufacturing capacity, material availability, and inventory targets against operational constraints.
- Monitor supply and demand dynamics to proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Optimize inventory levels to minimize obsolescence and excess stock.
- Act as the primary interface between global supply chain teams, regional stakeholders, and manufacturing facilities.
- Facilitate communication and decision-making across Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Commercial teams.
- Drive planning process improvements and support the optimization of tools like Anaplan and Blue Yonder.
- Analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights regarding capacity, inventory, and demand trends.
Requirements
- Master's or postgraduate degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, or Demand Planning.
- Strong understanding of S&OP or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
- Experience working with planning systems and advanced supply chain tools.
- Fluent in English.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a complex, cross-functional, and multicultural environment.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large volumes of data.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the FMCG or Consumer Goods industry.
- Proficiency with Anaplan, Blue Yonder, SAP, or similar planning platforms.
- Exposure to global manufacturing and supply chain networks.
