Factory Services Engineering Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead technical programs and cross-functional projects to expand factory capabilities and global footprint.
• Use data analytics to identify operational problems and launch process improvement initiatives.
• Design, develop, and improve Supply Chain Services processes to enhance customer experience.
• Drive automation and system integrations to reduce manual work and increase employee productivity.
• Act as the Supply Chain focal point for New Service Introduction (NSI).
• Manage stakeholder requirements, project scope, timelines, and change management for new process adoption.
• Communicate project status and strategic alignment to executive sponsors and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) required, preferably in Engineering.
• 5-8 years of professional experience in the workforce.
• 1+ years of experience in medium-scale or cross-functional project management.
• Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel (pivot charts, slicers).
• Experience with PLM, PDM, BOMs, and SAP.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) and Dynamics 365.
• Python programming skills for data optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt certification.
• Experience with digital transformation, UAT, and ADKAR change management methodologies.
• Working knowledge of end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing processes.
• Experience in AI, process mapping, and data analytics.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L, revenue, and cost analysis.
