About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead technical programs and cross-functional projects to expand factory capabilities and global footprint.
- Use data analytics to identify operational problems and launch process improvement initiatives.
- Design, develop, and improve Supply Chain Services processes to enhance customer experience.
- Drive automation and system integrations to reduce manual work and increase employee productivity.
- Act as the Supply Chain focal point for New Service Introduction (NSI).
- Manage stakeholder requirements, project scope, timelines, and change management for new process adoption.
- Communicate project status and strategic alignment to executive sponsors and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) required, preferably in Engineering.
- 5-8 years of professional experience in the workforce.
- 1+ years of experience in medium-scale or cross-functional project management.
- Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel (pivot charts, slicers).
- Experience with PLM, PDM, BOMs, and SAP.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) and Dynamics 365.
- Python programming skills for data optimization.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt certification.
- Experience with digital transformation, UAT, and ADKAR change management methodologies.
- Working knowledge of end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in AI, process mapping, and data analytics.
- Strong financial acumen including P&L, revenue, and cost analysis.
