Factory Production

Responsibilities

• Perform various manufacturing tasks including leather cutting, sewing, and attaching soles
• Maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced production environment
• Keep pace with the production line to ensure efficient factory operation

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of continuous experience in factory production, warehouse, or physically demanding roles
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods up to 11 hours per day
• Ability to perform repetitive reaching, twisting, bending, and hand/wrist motions for up to 12 hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in woodworking, auto repair, industrial sewing, or carpentry
