Factory Operator

Responsibilities

• Operation and monitoring of production line machinery
• Packaging and machine changeovers
• Recording accurate production records and short interval control
• Setting up, operating, and adjusting machinery to required specifications
• Performing basic pre-planned maintenance
• Operating complex production machines including Strauss, bagging lines, flow wrappers, lidding, and Mic Vac
• Supervising line operators and agency staff where applicable

Requirements

• Previous factory or manufacturing experience
• Basic level of English
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Flexible attitude and strong team player
