Factory Operations Executive

Responsibilities

• Track every order through the full production cycle including casting, filing, setting, polishing, rhodium, and QC
• Provide real-time status updates to the office team daily
• Ensure all orders meet SLAs and flag potential deadline risks
• Manage factory floor relationships to prioritize orders and unblock production
• Coordinate with QC teams to ensure pieces are staged for inspection without delay
• Log QC outcomes and report recurring issues to the operations team
• Coordinate stone delivery, receipt, and order matching
• Liaise between factory and office regarding specification changes and timeline updates
• Manage dispatch, packaging, documentation, and logistics sign-off
• Identify and surface process gaps and inefficiencies

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in jewellery manufacturing or factory operations
• Experience in SEEPZ or similar export manufacturing environments preferred
• Proven track record of coordinating between clients and factories
• Ability to navigate factory floor dynamics and manage timelines
• Strong communication skills for both office and factory environments
• Highly organized with ability to manage high volumes of orders
• Proficiency in intermediate Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
• Ability to work on-site Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
