Factory Operational Excellence Coach

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of the factory's operational management system.
• Drive the ROCKWOOL Operational Excellence (ROPEX) program and secure its anchoring across all factory levels.
• Partner with department leaders to translate business needs into structured work plans and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Champion change initiatives by securing buy-in and ensuring new ways of working are effectively adopted and sustained.
• Plan and execute Kaizen Blitz events in collaboration with the Factory Management Team.
• Engage with the global ROPEX community to share best practices and integrate innovative ideas into the local framework.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent) with hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience driving successful Lean implementations with measurable results.
• 5+ years of proven knowledge in Lean leadership and Lean principles.
• Strong capability in structured and systematic problem-solving.
• Proven ability to lead and sustain transformational change in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent training, coaching, and facilitation skills with the ability to engage all organizational levels.

• Prior leadership experience.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to influence without direct authority.
