Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day production across Indian operations including output and quality
- Manage labor and develop supervisors
- Hit volume and lead-time targets
- Resolve production bottlenecks
- Improve throughput and unit economics
- Track and improve KPIs using a data-driven approach
Requirements
- Real experience running manufacturing or production operations
- Experience managing large teams in handcrafted, labor-intensive settings
- Data-driven approach to tracking and improving KPIs
- Familiarity with EOS/Traction, Scaling Up, or OKRs is a plus
