- Oversee daily operations across joinery, metal, paint, graphics, CNC, and electrical workshops
- Translate project drawings into production plans and schedules
- Ensure quality control, HSE compliance, and efficient resource allocation
- Lead and develop teams, optimize costs, and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
