Factory Manager - Distribution Center Kunchan

Responsibilities

• Oversee all distribution center operations including safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance
• Manage the DC’s P&L and financial performance with full accountability
• Set, monitor, and follow up on overall targets for the DC and all internal units/functions
• Develop and implement the 6M Operational Plan and define key performance metrics
• Drive the development of the DC and its people, ensuring appropriate machinery, equipment, and competence are in place
• Implement and uphold company policies, standards, processes, and culture
• Foster effective cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and 3PL partners
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects, audits, and footprint initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
• Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in distribution, warehousing, or supply chain operations
• Proven leadership and people management skills across diverse teams
• Experience in change management, project management, and Lean or continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L management
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
