Factory Helper

Responsibilities

• Assist in the movement and handling of raw materials, components, and finished goods within the production area
• Support machine operators and supervisors with setup, cleaning, and maintenance tasks
• Ensure workstations are organized, clean, and comply with safety and hygiene standards
• Follow verbal and written instructions accurately to perform assigned tasks efficiently
• Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or operational issues to the supervisor immediately
• Maintain accurate records of material usage, waste, and daily activities as required
• Adhere to all company policies, health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements

• No prior experience required; freshers are encouraged to apply
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong verbal communication skills in Arabic and/or English
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move materials (up to 20 kg) for extended periods
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented setting with shifting shifts
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a proactive approach to daily tasks
