Factory Digital Transformation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities using AI-powered tools and predictive analytics.
• Ensure the application of industrial data standards and lifecycle concepts to build scalable data foundations.
• Contribute to the development of a robust industrial data backbone, connecting the shop floor to the data lake.
• Lead the hands-on deployment of advanced analytics and AI use cases, such as visual inspection and process analytics.
• Act as a key liaison between manufacturing, IT, data teams, and external suppliers to deliver end-to-end digital solutions.
• Drive the adoption of data-driven workflows through training, coaching, and organizational change management.

Requirements

• BBA/BSc/BEng in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, ideally with hands-on operational experience.
• Proven experience in the deployment of digital solutions within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with MES, SCADA, IIoT, BI platforms, AI/ML, Copilot Studio, and the Microsoft O365 ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
