Facility Technician/Electrician

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational availability and safety of all technical systems including sanitary, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, high voltage, security technology, and building management systems
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of technical facilities and equipment
• Respond quickly to technical emergencies and coordinate with external specialist companies
• Manage documentation for all maintenance and repairs
• Act as the fire protection and safety officer and the designated electrical specialist for the location
• Participate in the on-call service for the site

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering (e.g., Electronics technician for energy and building technology, electrician, or similar)
• Experience in operating and controlling technical systems
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards (e.g., VDE, DGUV 3)
• Ability to work independently and as a reliable team player
