Facility Technician/Electrician

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational availability and safety of all technical systems including sanitary, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, power, security, and building management systems
• Organize and supervise the maintenance and servicing of all technical equipment
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and respond quickly to technical emergencies
• Coordinate external specialist companies for repairs and technical emergencies
• Obtain quotes for smaller repairs and manage documentation for maintenance and repairs
• Act as the fire protection and safety officer and the designated electrical specialist for the location
• Participate in the on-call service for the site

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering (e.g., Electronics technician for energy and building technology, Electrician, or similar)
• Experience in operating and controlling technical systems
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards (e.g., VDE, DGUV 3)
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Team-oriented mindset
