Facility Technician

Responsibilities

• Complete all work orders, including routine and emergency maintenance, for assigned buildings
• Manage the electronic work order system
• Perform hands-on repairs including light carpentry and general repairs
• Conduct routine inspections of assigned buildings to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Participate in special building projects as directed by the supervisor
• Participate in a 10-week on-call rotation for nights and weekends

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years in general maintenance
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• General contractor’s license or specific trade experience
