Facility Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for buildings, machinery, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and plant infrastructure.
• Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance programs to minimize operational downtime.
• Manage repairs and troubleshooting of facility equipment in collaboration with the maintenance team.
• Coordinate with external service providers, including janitorial, landscaping, and utility providers.
• Oversee contractor work to ensure high quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor and manage facility-related supplies, spare parts, and equipment inventory.
• Assist in budget preparation and control expenses related to facility operations.
• Optimize energy usage and oversee utility systems such as water, gas, and electricity.
• Lead, train, and assign tasks to maintenance staff while monitoring performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in facility or maintenance supervision, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in Construction, Electrical, or HVAC systems.
