Facility Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Maintain and store facility documentation and records to ensure compliance with company standards
• Support the development and communication of policies and procedures relevant to facilities management
• Ensure the proper functioning of all building systems and provide assistance in solving service-related problems
• Liaise with maintenance contractors covering mechanical, electrical, fire protection, security, cleaning, and office equipment
• Work closely with the Facilities Manager to support installation and repair projects
• Provide compliant advice to stakeholders regarding facility operations

Requirements

• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Teams, and Windows
• Fluency in English
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong aptitude for problem-solving
• Shift flexibility, including the willingness to work 8-hour shifts and weekends to meet business needs
• Previous experience in facility management is a plus
