Facility Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage general services including cleaning, security, transportation, pest control, and canteen services to ensure a suitable production environment.
• Act as the primary contact and sponsor for external service contractors, tracking their performance and ensuring compliance with standards.
• Develop and update cleaning procedures and ensure contractor personnel are properly trained.
• Oversee the pest control program, including maintenance routines and documentation of records.
• Coordinate transportation and canteen service needs to meet company expectations.
• Manage facility security, including CCTV systems and access control hardware/software.
• Oversee the maintenance of internal and external gardens and general building preventive maintenance (floors, walls, roof, etc.).
• Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with safety guidelines and EHS culture.
• Manage budget adherence and maintain up-to-date operational documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in building maintenance or general services management.
• English proficiency level B2.
• Proactive mindset with a strong orientation toward customer service.
