Facility Services Employee

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the building and parking area
• Act as the primary contact for colleagues regarding facility questions, malfunctions, and procedures
• Proactively manage and coordinate with external suppliers and partners
• Ensure compliance with safety, sustainability, and company guidelines
• Handle tasks related to lighting, signage, and general facility maintenance

Requirements

• Service-oriented mindset towards customers, colleagues, and partners
• Strong communication and proactive problem-solving skills
• Affinity with computers and digitalization
• Cost-conscious approach with a focus on sustainable solutions
• Flexibility to work shifts, including on-call services
• Technical background is a plus
