About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead daily facility operations including building maintenance, custodial services, and workplace support
- Serve as the primary client contact to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Manage, coach, and develop onsite staff and supervisors
- Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service performance
- Conduct regular facility inspections and ensure compliance with safety and OSHA standards
- Manage budgets, labor costs, forecasting, payroll, and site profitability
- Track and report KPIs and SLAs to drive continuous improvement
- Coordinate special projects, office moves, and workplace initiatives
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 5+ years of operations, client service, or facilities management experience
- 3+ years of facilities or maintenance experience preferred
- Experience leading teams in a client-facing environment
- Proficiency with computer systems and reporting tools
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
