Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Industrial Security Lead on security matters in the Minneapolis office
• Collaborate with other FSOs to maintain facility and information security requirements
• Take full accountability for the receipt, storage, inventory, and destruction of COMSEC material
• Manage secure communications equipment and maintain the Minneapolis office COMSEC account
• Process security clearances via DISS and conduct security briefings
• Conduct annual self-inspections and prepare for DCSA security reviews
• Maintain all required security logs and records
• Oversee the security of closed areas and manage badge/access control systems

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Industrial Security (FSO, Security Specialist, or military equivalent)
• Active and transferable U.S. Government issued secret security clearance
• Understanding of 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM)
• Experience with security databases such as NISS, DISS, and eAPP
• Knowledge of NISP reporting requirements
• Completion of required FSO training courses from DCSA
• Ability to work in-person from the Minneapolis, MN office

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to hold a TS/SCI security clearance
• Willingness to complete COMSEC Custodian courses
• Willingness to travel to other Galois locations for collaboration
