About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable aviation security legislations
  • Execute the UPS Aviation Security Local Operating Plan at the New Hub
  • Assist with the management and response to aviation security operational incidents
  • Execute the established Quality Assurance Program
  • Coordinate and perform contract management for third-party screeners
  • Support various field security tasks as required

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the transportation or airport industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical, thorough, and assertive mindset
  • Highly motivated self-starter

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of people management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
