About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable aviation security legislations
- Execute the UPS Aviation Security Local Operating Plan at the New Hub
- Assist with the management and response to aviation security operational incidents
- Execute the established Quality Assurance Program
- Coordinate and perform contract management for third-party screeners
- Support various field security tasks as required
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the transportation or airport industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Analytical, thorough, and assertive mindset
- Highly motivated self-starter
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 3 years of people management experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
