Facility Security Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage facility clearances (FCL) and personnel security documentation for the Navy PEO Digital customer.
• Provide high-level personnel security support, including reviewing documentation, analyzing information, and performing on/off-boarding.
• Track employee clearances and submit requests for periodic investigations.
• Perform physical security functions such as inspecting Common Access Cards (CACs), managing visitor access, and monitoring facility entry.
• Maintain and update tracking data using specialized tools, including Excel, ServiceNow, and NAVWAR systems.
• Ensure compliance with local and federal policies regarding the management of sensitive and PII materials.
• Assist with security inspections, briefings, debriefings, and CAC verification.

Requirements

• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• 3 years of experience in the DoD personnel security field.
• 1 year of experience in the DoD physical security field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (6 years of additional relevant work experience or an Associate degree plus 4 years of additional experience).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
