Facility Reliability Electrician

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced preventative electrical maintenance and repairs to maintain pharmaceutical facilities at a world-class level
• Diagnose and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems including 460/3/60, 240/3/60, 208-230/3/60, and 120/1/60 systems
• Utilize thermo-imaging and current monitoring equipment to prevent overheating of switch gear and panels
• Install electrical branch feeds to production equipment and select appropriate fuses and disconnecting means
• Bend and install conduit, pull wire, and terminate power wiring to provide safe and effective circuits
• Construct control panels and wire them according to provided schematics
• Support various lighting systems and assist the FRT team with electrical needs
• Adhere to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies and procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Electrical Building Trades Associates Degree, Apprenticeship, or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of industrial electrical experience
• NFPA 70E Training
• Lock out / tag out proficiency
• Basic mathematical and computer skills
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and solve practical problems

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of hand and power tools
• Experience with predictive facilities electrical maintenance programs
• Understanding of MEP, fire protection systems, and electrical generation systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
