Facility & Property Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage property-related operational activities including utilities, zoning, permits, and certificates of occupancy
• Coordinate with cities, inspectors, utilities, and vendors to resolve issues and move projects forward
• Track complex, multi-step processes and maintain accurate documentation for team visibility
• Proactively follow up on open items and identify potential blockers or risks
• Use shared systems like Monday.com, Slack, and Front to log updates and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Support leadership with reports, budgets, and presentations

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in property or facility management
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience navigating regulatory and compliance requirements across municipalities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, specifically for phone-based engagement
• Proven ability to prioritize effectively and manage competing deadlines
• Disciplined approach to documentation and note-taking
