Facility Projects Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless shift transitions at the Glendale facility
• Track performance metrics and prepare data-driven reports and recommendations
• Train, onboard, and provide feedback to transcription staff
• Manage facility security, access control, safety protocols, and clean room standards
• Act as a communication bridge between on-site teams and management
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or administration preferred
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Availability for flexible shifts, including rotating weekday shifts and weekends
• Ability to work on-site in Glendale, CA

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the language services industry
• Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM
