Facility Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage overall coordination of services and performance at the customer site
• Oversee electrical, mechanical, fire protection, safety, and BAS systems
• Manage service request desk operations and maintenance
• Meet cost, performance, and schedule requirements throughout contract execution
• Inspect preventive maintenance procedures and train personnel on proper procedures
• Oversee operations, staffing, and performance to meet customer guidelines
• Participate in capital improvement plans and coordinate day-to-day operations
• Manage subcontractors, maintenance contracts, and personnel
• Evaluate productivity and quality to develop improvement programs
• Partner with vendors for reliable supply of parts and equipment

Requirements

• High School diploma (BA degree preferred)
• Minimum five years of O&M/Facilities Management experience
• Minimum five years of project management or supervisory experience
• Experience managing building mechanical maintenance for a single federal facility of at least 500,000 square feet
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through PMI
