About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage overall coordination of services and performance at the customer site
- Oversee electrical, mechanical, fire protection, safety, and BAS systems
- Manage service request desk operations and maintenance
- Meet cost, performance, and schedule requirements throughout contract execution
- Inspect preventive maintenance procedures and train personnel on proper procedures
- Oversee operations, staffing, and performance to meet customer guidelines
- Participate in capital improvement plans and coordinate day-to-day operations
- Manage subcontractors, maintenance contracts, and personnel
- Evaluate productivity and quality to develop improvement programs
- Partner with vendors for reliable supply of parts and equipment
Requirements
- High School diploma (BA degree preferred)
- Minimum five years of O&M/Facilities Management experience
- Minimum five years of project management or supervisory experience
- Experience managing building mechanical maintenance for a single federal facility of at least 500,000 square feet
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through PMI
