Facility Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site staff and manage coordination of services at a 24/7 customer site
• Meet cost, performance, and schedule requirements throughout contract execution
• Inspect preventive maintenance procedures and train personnel on proper procedures
• Oversee operations, staffing, and performance to ensure high-quality facility services
• Formulate and enforce work standards, assign schedules, and coordinate work
• Supervise contractor personnel and subcontractors
• Communicate organizational policies, goals, and quality control standards
• Ensure corrective actions comply with contract performance
• Review monthly inspections of preventive maintenance systems

Requirements

• Minimum five years of recent experience managing building mechanical maintenance for facilities of at least 1 million square feet
• Mechanical background and experience as a Chief Engineer
• Relevant college degree
• Industry certification from PMP, IFMA, BOMI, or AFE
• Technical expertise in engineering and building infrastructure systems
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Proficiency with CMMS, word processing, and project tracking software
• Availability for 24/7 emergency contact and flexible hours as required
• Experience managing emergency events and building reconstitution efforts
