About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of WWF HQ facilities to ensure efficiency and occupant satisfaction
- Oversee the $1.5M Property Management Agreement and serve as the primary contact for the property manager
- Manage third-party office services teams and monitor contractual KPIs
- Handle financial management including budget gathering, expense coding, and budget vs. actuals reporting
- Lead workspace planning, allocation, and seating enhancement recommendations
- Support corporate risk management, including HQ safety, security, and emergency/disaster protocols
- Direct purchasing, repairs, and maintenance of supplies, furniture, and equipment
- Maintain vendor relationships and monitor performance and invoicing
- Support LEED certification renewals for the Washington, DC headquarters
- Supervise maintenance of WWF asset inventory
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of eight years of facilities administration experience
- Strong project management skills in a hybrid work environment
- Ability to develop, manage, and analyze facilities budgets
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and ability to learn Workday and SmartSimple
- Strong contract management, negotiation, and vendor management skills
- Excellent stakeholder and client management abilities
