Facility Operations Associate Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team responsible for the safety and operational readiness of a multi-building manufacturing, lab, and office complex.
• Ensure all facilities, including production areas, test operations, warehouses, and support equipment, are properly maintained.
• Communicate with teams, contractors, and service vendors to influence and implement changes to policies and practices.
• Establish short-term operational plans with measurable contributions to business results.
• Drive significant improvements in facility processes, systems, or products.
• Exercise hiring, firing, promotion, and compensation authority within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 7 years of prior related leadership experience, OR
• Graduate Degree and minimum 5 years of prior related leadership experience, OR
• Minimum 10 years of prior related leadership experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to perform frequent walking of manufacturing floors and regular bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing facilities, including equipment controls and automation.
• Leadership experience in facility operations, building maintenance, or facility services supervision.
• Experience leading teams across multiple buildings in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of general facility maintenance practices, preventative maintenance, building systems, and industrial safety standards.
