Responsibilities
- Monitor progress toward KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements
- Conduct facility safety inspections and help enforce safety protocols
- Support audits, training programs, and ensure adherence to OSHA and company EHS guidelines
- Monitor equipment performance and escalate maintenance issues
- Ensure proper upkeep of workstations, tools, and infrastructure
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and HR teams to resolve operational challenges
- Assist with budget tracking, inventory audits, and procurement planning
- Support lean initiatives, Kaizen events, and project rollouts
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility operations, manufacturing support, or a related field
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards (e.g., OSHA, EHS protocols)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Basic knowledge of equipment monitoring and facility maintenance procedures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
