Facility Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection
• Manage Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) service provider, including contract scope, KPIs, and SLAs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, EHS policies, and local authority requirements
• Develop and manage OPEX and maintenance budgets while identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Lead minor projects, upgrades, and retrofit works
• Track and report KPIs such as equipment uptime, response times, and preventive maintenance compliance

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities, or equivalent Engineering
• 5–10 years of experience in facilities management or plant maintenance
• Proven experience managing IFM or outsourced service providers
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems and utilities
• Expertise in contract and vendor management
• Understanding of EHS and regulatory compliance
