Facility Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance, safety, and general upkeep of the school's facilities
• Manage daily operations and ensure the physical infrastructure is well-maintained
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Support a safe, positive, and conducive learning environment for students and staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role
• Proven experience working in high-volume environments such as schools, hospitals, or malls
• Fluency in both English and Arabic
• Strong leadership and team management skills
