Facility Manager

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the delivery of all hard and soft facility management services to ensure a seamless operational environment.
• Orchestrate high-impact site projects, including office refits, strategic rebuilds, and team moves.
• Champion local health, safety, and physical security protocols, serving as the lead for fire prevention work.
• Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with external suppliers and landlords to ensure contract compliance.
• Act as the primary site ambassador for all facility inquiries, providing rapid resolution for local management and staff.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of proven expertise in comprehensive Facility Management services.
• Technical proficiency in facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, and general building infrastructure.
• Fluent professional communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Demonstrated experience in budget management, supplier oversight, and autonomous project execution.
• Proven track record in managing facility needs for specialized manufacturing or logistics environments.
• Advanced certifications in occupational health and safety or fire protection management.
• Strong digital literacy in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
