Facility Manager - Technical

Responsibilities

• Inspect and monitor building facilities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lifts, fire services, and water supply.
• Manage and monitor the maintenance of township infrastructure such as fan coil units, sewage, and lighting.
• Oversee vendor and contractor performance, including collecting quotations, performing analysis, and managing contract renewals.
• Ensure all equipment is in good working order and advise the client on repair or purchase decisions.
• Manage budgets, materials, and inventory control processes to maintain pre-approved supply levels.
• Ensure statutory compliance regarding labor laws (ESIC/PF) by all vendors and manage relations with local statutory bodies.
• Respond promptly to client requests and manage the reporting of any major or minor breakdowns.
• Maintain a clean, healthy, and hygienic working environment through rigorous monitoring of cleaning processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in facility inspection and technical monitoring of building systems.
• Strong expertise in budget management and equipment lifecycle oversight.
• Demonstrated ability in vendor and contractor liaison and contract management.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance management and local labor laws.
• Proficiency in inventory control and supply chain management.
