Facility Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and daily operations of all building facilities including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Supervise security personnel, maintenance staff, electricians, and plumbers
• Develop and implement security protocols and monitor CCTV and access control systems
• Plan and schedule maintenance and repair work to minimize resident disruption
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for outsourced services
• Prepare and manage the annual facilities budget and monitor expenses
• Serve as the primary point of contact for resident concerns and complaints
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, safety inspections, and incident reports

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in facility management
• Extensive experience in residential building management
• Strong background in facilities operations
• Ability to manage blue-collar teams and vendors
• Proficiency in budget and cost management

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
