Facility Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across the facility
• Drive production output and achieve revenue targets
• Manage P&L for machining and inspection activities
• Lead, coach and develop a skilled team
• Ensure compliance with quality and industry standards
• Optimise equipment utilisation and operational efficiency
• Manage inventory, materials and workflow (WIP)
• Strengthen relationships with customers and suppliers
• Champion safety, quality and continuous improvement initiatives
• Deliver training and uplift capability within the team

Requirements

• Experience in a supervisory or management role
• Trade background in machining or similar technical field
• Exposure to oil & gas or drilling environments
• Strong understanding of CNC machining and engineering drawings
• Knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes
• Familiarity with lean principles (e.g. 5S, continuous improvement)
