Facility Manager

Responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs in areas including electrical, sanitary, heating, doors, windows, and pedestrian paths
• Execute inspection and maintenance tasks for buildings and outdoor facilities
• Document all completed work and report any significant damages
• Monitor the performance of the cleaning company
• Act as the primary point of contact for the landlord's caretakers

Requirements

• Technical or craft-based vocational training (e.g., electrician, plumber, painter, locksmith)
• Proven handyman skills and relevant professional experience
• Structured and independent working style
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
• Proficiency with MS Office and general PC usage
• Valid Class B driving license
• Willingness to participate in specialized further training

Preferred Qualifications

• Specific training or background in electrical systems
