Facility Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure the proper functioning of building and facility engineering systems and equipment and organize their repairs
• Monitor the quality of service providers’ work, coordinate their activities, and organize tenders
• Oversee building operations and ensure timely repairs
• Advise clients on maintenance issues, initiate inspections and audits
• Monitor energy consumption, prepare reports, and propose efficiency solutions
• Collaborate with the Property Manager, plan budgets for maintenance and major repairs, and ensure their implementation
• Coordinate the billing of services and utility charges to tenants

Requirements

• Fluent Lithuanian and very good English skills
• Managerial experience in building maintenance or construction
• Degree in construction or engineering
• Good understanding of building engineering systems
• Familiarity with laws governing maintenance
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD
• B category driver’s license
