Facility Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as a front-line leader focused on safety, compliance, reliability, and profitability for industrial gas operations.
• Ensure safe, compliant, efficient, and reliable plant operations while optimizing processes for capacity and cost performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of technicians and drivers.
• Maintain strict compliance with OSHA, DOT, FDA, EPA, and other regulatory standards.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term maintenance strategies.
• Manage capital and expense projects in coordination with engineering resources.
• Oversee quality assurance programs, support audits, and maintain accurate records of process and equipment changes.
• Respond quickly to plant issues to minimize operational and customer impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or 5+ years of technical operations and management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of operations and leadership experience in an industrial or chemical plant environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
• Experience working with OSHA, DOT, FDA, and EPA standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for off-hours support and up to 10% travel.
