Responsibilities
- Oversee all building-related activities by preserving infrastructure condition
- Ensure all building facilities are safe and well-functioning
- Oversee implementation of policies, building insurance, and PPM work
- Manage documentation, procedures, and programs for well-maintained facilities
- Lead staff in responding to tenant concerns, environmental health, safety, and quality programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field
- MEP engineering background (preferably Civil)
- 5-7 years of experience as a Facility Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of facility management principles and regulations
- Experience in contract negotiations and contract management
- Solid understanding of insurance claims
- Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid UAE driver's license and reliable transportation
