Facility Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee all building-related activities to preserve infrastructure and ensure facilities are safe and well-functioning
• Implement policies, building insurance, and Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) programs
• Manage documentation, procedures, and quality programs to ensure well-maintained buildings
• Lead staff in providing positive responses to tenant concerns and needs
• Ensure compliance with environmental health, safety, and facility management regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field (MEP background required, preferably Civil)
• 5-7 years of experience as a Facility Manager or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of facility management principles, best practices, and regulations
• Proven experience in contract negotiation and contract management
• Solid understanding of insurance claims processes
• Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Valid UAE driver's license and reliable transportation
