Facility Manager

Responsibilities

• Take technical responsibility for selected real estate properties to ensure smooth and efficient building operations
• Manage and control maintenance measures and the operation of technical systems in cooperation with external service providers
• Perform quality and performance controlling for facility management partners, including cleaning and maintenance services
• Participate in the planning and implementation of renovation and new construction projects
• Conduct site inspections and technical controls, including maintaining technical documentation
• Manage cost planning, budget control, ordering, and invoicing for managed properties
• Support cost, operational, and energy optimization efforts
• Act as a primary contact for internal stakeholders, external service providers, specialist planners, and authorities

Requirements

• Completed engineering degree or comparable technical qualification (e.g., Technician, Master Craftsman, or Specialist Planner) with a focus on supply, building, or electrical technology
• Several years of professional experience in technical building management or facility management
• Proven experience in the planning, management, and calculation of construction and renovation projects
• Strong knowledge of cross-trade building technology and understanding of complex technical systems
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style with an economic mindset
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with various stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Office
