About the role
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of facilities, storage, and physical assets at the Drammen location
- Act as the central point of contact for fire alarms, security, technical failures, and critical incidents
- Oversee office operations including cleaning, maintenance, and service suppliers
- Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and cost control
- Coordinate warehouse and storage needs, including managing the warehouse and logistics employee
- Contribute to HSE work, including risk assessments and regulatory compliance
- Lead planning and execution of facility changes, such as office layouts and expansions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in facility management or a similar role
- Proven experience with vendor management, contracts, and cost control
- Strong knowledge of HSE and safety procedures
- Fluency in both Norwegian and English
- Proactive, structured, and service-minded approach to problem-solving
