Facility Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve profit models by meeting sales and expense targets
• Manage guest services, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and resolving complaints
• Oversee staffing including scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations
• Execute marketing and promotional plans and coordinate with mall merchants
• Manage daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and sales reporting
• Control inventory and monitor merchandise re-orders
• Coordinate facility maintenance and POS system uptime
• Handle financial tasks including cash out reports and bank deposits

Requirements

• Implement quality policies in conformity with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018
• Ensure equipment and merchandise meet safety and presentation standards
• Monitor facility compliance with fire and safety regulations
• Manage incidents, hazards, and risks in a timely manner
• Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Technical degree in hospitality management
• Minimum 4 years of related work experience
• Fluency in English and Arabic
