About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee and facilitate the administrative and operational activities of assigned facilities
- Coordinate and evaluate non-medical healthcare delivery components including equipment maintenance, cleaning, and security
- Serve as the agency liaison to DDC and private contractors for capital and non-capital renovation projects
- Ensure code compliance for city-owned buildings and leased sites
- Analyze Federal, State, and City legislation regarding Article 28, OSHA, and PESH guidelines
- Supervise custodial and clerical staff
- Conduct regular facility inspections and walk-throughs
- Utilize Agency electronic systems (OES, PAYRS, FMS) to process vendor payments
Requirements
- Eight years of experience in construction, repair, or rehabilitation of commercial, industrial, or public buildings
- At least 18 months of experience in a supervisory or administrative capacity involving multiple buildings
- Or equivalent combination of education (Engineering, Architecture, or related field) and experience
