Responsibilities
- Set up and continuously improve the office space layout, furniture, and general environment
- Assemble and install furniture and fixtures and handle everyday repairs
- Manage supplies and consumables, track stock, and reorder as needed
- Keep the office clean, organized, and fully equipped
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for cleaning, maintenance, and deliveries
- Support larger works, construction, or office fit-outs
- Act as the first point of contact for facility issues
- Help organize afterworks and team events
- Maintain company dorm to ensure it is guest-ready for new joiners
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with basic tools, assembly, and small repairs
- Previous experience in facilities, office management, maintenance, or a trade is a plus
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Well-organized and reliable with vendor coordination skills
- Professional proficiency in both French and English
