About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure long-term competitiveness
- Conduct market opportunity and risk analyses
- Identify and analyze existing needs in collaboration with stakeholders
- Implement FM commodity strategies and associated action plans
- Manage sourcing and tender processes (RFI, RFP, etc.) including contract monitoring
- Address the full FM scope including technical maintenance, security, services, and industrial supplies
Requirements
- Higher education degree in procurement
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Facility Management procurement
- Knowledge of the supplier market and ability to conduct market studies
- Autonomy in managing the tender process
- Ability to manage product/service risks and ensure compliance
- Strong interaction and influencing skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Professional English proficiency (written and oral)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Procurement Information Systems (e-procurement)
